Briefkraft is an AI social media tool for coaches, consultants and small service businesses, built in Germany for the German-speaking market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). It learns how you write, plans your content week, writes posts and carousels in your voice and publishes them from one dashboard. The interface is available in German and English.

Mainly solo coaches, consultants and small teams of 1 to 5 people who need to stay visible on LinkedIn and other networks but have no time for daily content work. Agencies can manage several clients with separate workspaces, a client approval workflow and, on the Agency plan, a white-label dashboard.

Connect your LinkedIn account and set up your brand voice, either from your website or from posts you have written. Briefkraft then suggests a weekly content plan and writes the posts. You approve each post in the dashboard, or switch on auto-posting, and Briefkraft publishes at the planned time.

Free: €0 with 10 posts per month, 3 AI captions and 2 social accounts. Starter: €19 per month with unlimited posts, 20 AI captions per month, brand voice and 4 social accounts. Pro: €49 per month with unlimited AI captions, 20 AI images and 5 AI videos per month, the strategy engine and 7 social accounts. Agency: €99 per month with unlimited social accounts, 100 AI images and 50 AI videos per month, 10 team members, 10 workspaces and white-label. With annual billing the monthly price is €15 (Starter), €39 (Pro) or €79 (Agency). These are founding-member prices that stay locked as long as the subscription runs. All prices are net, excluding VAT.

Yes. Every new account gets 14 days with all Pro features, no credit card required. After the trial the account continues on the free plan unless you choose a paid plan.

LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and YouTube can be connected by everyone. Instagram, Facebook and Threads are currently available to beta testers only while Meta reviews the Briefkraft app; beta access is available via [email protected].

The brand voice is a profile of your tone, sentence style and vocabulary, built from your website or your own posts. Every caption, carousel and video script Briefkraft writes uses that profile, so posts sound like you rather than like generic AI text.

Yes. Briefkraft turns podcast episodes and uploaded videos into carousels, LinkedIn posts, short clips and SEO articles. It can also turn newsletter issues and blog articles into post drafts in your brand voice.

Yes. On the Pro and Agency plans (and during the free trial) you can connect your Briefkraft account to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. The assistant can then read your analytics and content calendar and create or schedule posts. A REST API for tools like n8n, Make and Zapier is included as well.

No. Briefkraft does not currently reply to comments or direct messages automatically.

Buffer and Hootsuite are mainly scheduling tools: you write the content, they publish it. Briefkraft writes the content for you in your brand voice, plans the week, creates carousels and short videos, and then schedules and publishes it. It is built for solo coaches and consultants in the German-speaking market rather than for large social media teams.

Briefkraft is operated from Kassel, Germany, and the app and its database are hosted on Hetzner servers in Germany. A data processing agreement (AVV) is part of the terms of service. Some AI and media providers, such as Anthropic for text generation, are based outside the EU; data is transferred to them under data processing agreements and EU standard contractual clauses.
